KYC Procedures
Identity Verification
Every client must complete identity verification: submitting a valid document (passport, national ID card, driving licence), a selfie with the document, and proof of residence.
Source of Funds
For larger amounts we require documents confirming the source of funds: bank statements, proof of income, employment contracts or service agreements.
Corporate Verification
For corporate accounts we require company registration documents, information on the ownership structure (ultimate beneficial owners) and documents authorizing representation.
Periodic Review
Client data is updated regularly. Periodic reviews take place every 12-24 months or following a change in client status.
AML Policies
Transaction Monitoring
Automated systems monitor all transactions in real time. They detect suspicious patterns, unusual transaction sizes and frequency of operations.

Any suspicion of money laundering is reported to the General Inspector of Financial Information (GIIF) in accordance with the AML Act.
AML Data Protection
AML reports are covered by professional secrecy. Clients are not informed when a suspicious activity report has been filed.

Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate with the KNF, GIIF and European supervisory authorities in combating money laundering and terrorist financing.
Team Training
All employees undergo AML/KYC training. Periodic training and knowledge updates are conducted regularly.
Risk Assessment
Advantrade Capital Limited classifies clients based on risk analysis. Every account is assessed for its money laundering risk level based on multiple factors:
Retail clients with straightforward transaction profiles and complete verification.
Clients with higher turnover, international trading or use of leverage.
Politically exposed persons (PEP), clients from high-risk jurisdictions, unusual trading patterns.
For high-risk clients we apply enhanced due diligence (EDD) procedures, including additional source-of-funds verification, PEP status checks and more frequent account reviews.
